What does a retainer cost?
It depends on volume and production scale. Tell us your range on the project form and we'll come back with a scope that fits it — or tell you straight if it doesn't.
How long is the commitment?
The first month is paid up front. After that it runs month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop.
What if we don't use everything in a month?
Half of any unused deliverables roll into the next month, then expire. It keeps the calendar honest on both sides.
How do we get our files?
Every client gets a private RSPKT page that mirrors their delivery folder. Films stream in full quality, photos open full-screen, and everything downloads in a click — no expiring transfer links.
